We think the best way to sell real estate on the central coast is through a licensed real estate agent with a great marketing campaign.
- A good marketing campaign does not need to cost a lot. Photos of the actual real estate agent marketing the property are not needed. It is the property for sale that needs the marketing, not the agent. It should include a large focus on the internet, and there should be a normal real estate agent sign out the front of the home.
- Real estate agents should never charge a seller for upfront marketing costs. There should never be any extra fees payable for marketing or vendor paid advertising. Any real estate marketing should be included in the agents single fee.
- If the property isn’t sold, there should be no charge to the vendor, because the property hasn’t been sold!
- The maximum real estate agents commission payable by a customer should be no greater than One Percent plus gst.
- The licensed Central Coast real estate agent selling the property must have a minimum of at least three years sales experience.
In summary, we believe your real estate on the Central Coast can be sold for a good price, and you don’t have to pay large commissions and, or fees, as long as you choose the correct licensed real estate agent.
